Hey Tim,

Thankfully it’s in a basement which helps - 2 of the walls are 2ft thick concrete. The ceiling is also concrete - maybe 6 inches, which will help.

There is a load of acoustic material going in on every side / top and bottom and they had a recording studio designer working on the designs to make sure sonic performance is spot on.
