Power supply faulty. Used the 60W solution. Coming from Legacy program and now I have to learn the newer program.
I thought the legacy app was arcane. This is kinda nuts! Also if anyone feels the desire to help with firmware... she has old old stuff in her.

The Meridian MConfig is pretty helpful.

Getting used to program now. Not sure I like it vs Legacy.... Can't seem to find a way to tell it I'm using MSR and not MSR+ but I think with enough fumbling I'll get there.

Perhaps Mconfig cannot handle the MSR remotes, and only MSR+ remotes and upwards.
My guess is only legacy configuration software, can handle older MSR remotes?
