I've just had success with Sooloos pulling back metadata for an album import via ControlPC so worth another try for those having problems.
It wasn't working for me at all last week (Unknown Artist/Unknown Title) so I don't know if something has been fixed, its an intermittent problem or I was just lucky this time.

I was just reconfiguring some of my M kit including C15 and saw the posts... YES it's working again - I mean metadata MD album covers.
All a bit surprising that they did not tell us officially it's back on again - M Style I guess.
Anyhow very good news - long may it continue.

Spare a thought for the Meridian senior management that have to negotiate with the Roon cloud infra people to provide yet another year of Metadata support to their pissed off client base...
I was a huge fan of the Sooloos hardware, but Roon is on another level (better). You can now subscribe monthly, yearly, or perpetually (Roon's lifetime, or perhaps yours).
