I've just had success with Sooloos pulling back metadata for an album import via ControlPC so worth another try for those having problems.

It wasn't working for me at all last week (Unknown Artist/Unknown Title) so I don't know if something has been fixed, its an intermittent problem or I was just lucky this time.
