No, this doesn't stream directly to a 218 / 251.
Sonos can't detect Meridian devices on the network as playback zones for audio.
You still need a Sonos port connected to the Meridian by coaxial digital ideally.
This is all about simplifying the Control of the system by using a Sonos App.
