Only works with 218 and 251.

Unfortunately not...
I'm sure that the foundation of hardware that comprises the Ellipse would surely allow for the same integration - but I don't think it would fit with SONOS' idea of the type of devices that they want to work with.
Looking to the future, I suppose the next product eligible for this feature would be an 818 replacement!

That DbM (Meridian) no longer distribute Sonos (nor LG, Waterfall, et al) might be an indicator on the status of Meridian's commitment to resolving issues between Sonos Port and Meridian kit.
