No 18 in the Hall of fame  I have simple tastes; I am content to settle for the best: GIK monster bass panels, rear wall. QNAP TVS 471i3. Roon into DSP5200SE via 210/ 218 zone... Explorer 2. Bluesound Pulse 2, Mini & Flex. 596v1, 518, Foxsat HD, Sony BDP, Pioneer 5090, 2 Chromecast's for LRB videos. MS200 to F80 for a Roon zone

So far only works with Sonos Port or Connect.

Well, you can use the Sonos app to stream to Meridian I suppose. That will give you Tidal etc

So if someone has a Sonos system, and is happy with the Sonos interface, they can upgrade the sound quality to Meridian without having to change systems or operation. Rick

Sorry I don't understand the announcement. You have always been able to connect a Sonos box into a Meridian system and have the M system as a Sonos zone. What's different here?

In other words, it would work like Sooloos and Roon. No need to connect a Sonos device via SPDIF to a Meridian controller. Sounds like Sonos can discover certain Meridian controllers via the network.

Ok, this announcement seems to indicate streaming directly to say an 218 or 251.
