Can anyone tell me what the Tidal billing cycle is? I can only find embedded within the Tidal T&Cswill automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis (as specified during your sign-up) However, the date that my card is debited each month seems to be something like a 30 day billing cycle and what started a year and a bit ago as 9th of month has this/last month moved to end of the month, so in July, I got charged on both 1st and 31st of July. So over course of around 17 months, I am around 10 days down. Not end of the world but moving payment date is a PITA and it seems to be at odds with their T&C's. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.meridianunplugged.com/ubbthreads/gallery/16/full/3479.jpg)

When I get home tomorrow I will check. I have always assumed 12 billings each year (12 x 30 days). Perhaps I am wrong.

I have now checked when we get our Tidal charge. It oscillates a bit but only within a few days - in our case the range seems to be the 5th to the 9th of the month. Why it does this I do not know (it is on a credit card and we always check our card bills assiduously every month) but I suppose in your case the oscillation might wander enough for you to get two charges in one 31 day period. Just make sure you only have 12 a year! We only get 12 a year, as you would expect

Thanks for checking.
Mine oscillates, but it seems to have been a downward trend. Started on 9th, dropped quickly to around the 5th, then slowly dropped to end of previous month. I'll see if I can reset the date as on that account, I prefer money to leave early in the month.
