I agree. Support can make a huge difference in SQ, don’t skimp here - treat it like it’s a piece of audio equipment, because it is.

In terms of type, you’re either coupling (see Russ Andrews Torlyte, above) or decoupling. If the latter, the Townshend seismic products are likely the best. You could buy a rack you like aesthetically and allow extra height for these.

You could also use their speaker platforms to kill the vibration there.

Don’t assume either method works better until you’ve tried yourself.
