In some cases with recent retail Sooloos purchases such as the MC200 and Control:15, I have been told that the dealer and Meridian (at least over here) will provide assistance with the change over to Roon. This of course will be handled on a case by case basis as all situations will be unique. As most other endpoints can continue to be used with Roon, such assistance may not apply. Engage with the dealer that you purchased your equipment from to see how they can help.
