Russ, I have benefitted hugely from your help and when I am with you Roon becomes easy, but as soon as you are gone the cloak of darkness descends again. You just know it whereas I have to try and remember what you did and, often, it is something simple and straightforward but only needed infrequently and - my own shortcoming - my resentment at its not being obvious (or my shame at my incompetence) seems to block my memory.

By the way, you missed an important step in your example: 'choose'! Even I know it starts where it left off (typically when it was trying to interest me in something I didn't ask for which is why I turned it off).
