Viewing By Albums
Using an iPad Pro I can only see 8 albums per page. Swiping from 1 end of the list to another is mind numbing. Selecting an album then results in a vertical scroll. Viewing Leonard Cohens, You Want It Darker, only shows 2 songs on the first page, requiring more scrolling to see just a list of 9 songs!

Viewing By Artist
Despite only have 8 artists per page it's difficult to actually ready the artists names. I have to scan from top left to top right, then return to the bottom left and scan to the right. The artist I want isn't on that page so I swipe right and repeat...
Try going to settings, general and then select ‘Allow for more covers and photos’ you should then see at least 15 albums or 18 artists per page on a 10.5 iPad Pro.
You can use the ABC at the bottom left of the screen to move accurately to a particular artist or the slide bar if you prefer or the focus ‘funnel’ top right of the artist/album screen just click on it and start typing the artist name.
I see what you are referring to on the ‘You Want it Darker’ album you do only see the first two tracks, I then placed my finger on the iPad and scrolled approx one inch and saw them all, not really an issue, for me anyway. I remember LP covers with the title on the front and the track listing on the back requiring you to turn it over, again not really a problem, for me anyway.
