It’s in your best interests to consult the user manual for anything you choose to purchase.

All 200 series products require a reasonably recent tablet to control them - including volume control.

The 218 is a DAC: it will upsample fed inputs to its analogue output to 24/192.

If you want something with a proper/physical volume control, then consider an AC200 (albeit without MQA).
