It seems to be intended as a curtain / screen fabric. Having said that it's a transparent one, so there are likely better fabrics for acoustic absorption if transparency isn't needed. Anyway here's some info:

I did also stumble across these blinds (and the company has supplied acoustically transparent fabric to me before for custom AV enclosures), but I have no experience with the blinds:
