Thanks for the input.

I have been messing around with the audio drivers on my computer, so it's possible that could be it. But I also tried the analog inputs to the AC200 and couldn't get sound out of the DSP3200's, so I think that says it's not my computer.

Does anyone have a photo of the back of a DSP3200 showing the LED? I assume it's the little thing at the top middle, but mine's not lighting up on either speaker when plugged in.

I took the rear off one speaker and saw another LED which was lit up on one side of the circuit board, but you can't see it with the back on. Also didn't see anything obviously damaged or burned on the circuit boards.

Thanks,
Chris

I still think they need “waking up”.

Per my original post I tried waking them up with the AC200 by power cycling it and switching inputs. I've also just tried some new fuses but they still don't seem to be working. Any other ideas, or is my next step to ship them to Marc Koval to be checked out?

User guide states there is an indicator. Is it here, back panel top centre.

I assume you have the correct fuse.
How are the speakers connected to the AC200, are they direct or daisy chained, have you checked you don’t have the input and output mixed up?
Have you tried different mains and data cables?

Yup, got the correct fuse.

I tried direct connections and daisy chaining them to the AC200.

I don't have spare power cords, but I doubt they would both go out at the same time. Haven't tried different ethernet cables, will try that this weekend.
