Getting tired of waiting for the 210. I saw this
video on YouTube and he rank this streamer incl Dirac Live as a bigger sound inprovement than MQA. Especially as I have non SE DSP speakers.

I can’t say that I’m surprised. Meridian couldn’t really keep up with a closed system like Sooloos that had minimal dependencies with third party systems. With the 210, it will be a much tougher job keeping up with the latest services and technologies. On recent performance, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are already having to play catch-up, hence the delay.

Perhaps the dellay is due to Airplay 2 support not being available yet - the data sheet only mentions Airplay!

Meridian promised a software upgrade for the DSP8ks to enable them to handle 24/192 in 2001:
8k datasheet on Duncs site. This comfortably beats the current wait time for the 210.

... The fact that it is a Sooloos endpoint supported by Roon is at some point backwards.
The 210 is not a Sooloos endpoint it is a Roon endpoint running the RAAT protocol, I suspect the delay is as has been already speculated the Airplay2 approval?
