A new Meridian accessory?
I would also like further clarification on the statement ‘Usable without the need for any additional “core” device‘.

Usable without additional core device refers to the Bluetooth and Airplay capabilities where the connected device is playing via Tidal, Pandora, etc.

I would also like further clarification on the statement ‘Usable without the need for any additional “core” device‘. Rather interesting re. the adapter, as shown in one diagram with the 561, you lose both comms ports, the second port feeding legacy speakers. Does that assume you have no other Meridian equipment needing a port on the 561 or does it assume that the 210 can be fed as a source, with respect to comms further down the chain?

How about: 210 -> SpeakerLink -> AC200 -> SpeakerLink -> 5200SE for Roon/Tidal/MQA?
Does the AC200 allow first unfold to be routed through to 5200SE in the same way that the 218 on P3 of the Installations Application doc? If so then 210+AC200 allows Roon/MQA and many more analogue/digital inputs than 218 at much less than 818v3 (with bonus Airplay and Bluetooth).

You would want to mount the 210 between the AC200 and the 5200SE in order to get full MQA through the SE speakers. AC200 SL out to 210 SL in, 210 SL out to 5200SE.

The AC200 is supposed to be “transparent” to MQA from a 218 (218 > AC200 > SE Speakers, so it might not be unreasonable to think the same for the 210.
Interestingly, there isn’t a diagram showing where the 210 should go relative to a G-series processor and SE speakers.

The problem with AC200 -> 210 -> speakers is you don't get to use the AC200's headphone output for streamed content.
