My buyer reports this evening that it took 1/2 hour before the tweeter kicked in. Is this likely to be a dry joint?

Tarik, did you put together a re-capacitor package for the DSP5000s? Presumably would be the same for the M60’s? Would you please PM me if this possibly a route to solving this issue that I do want to do.
