Hi everyone,
I have a G68 and G98. Remote working perfectly. Just picked it up to use it and it's dead, brick!
Brand new batteries and still dead, no blue light on MSR+ when pressing anything. All connections good, just died?
Any advice appreciated.

You can double check with a cell phone camera to see if it is outputting IR by pointing the camera at the front of the remote while pressing a remote button but, if the blue light is not illuminating, you probably have your answer.

Possibly a daft suggestion, but this has caught me out before, are you sure the replacement batteries are good?!

I will have to look for used remote.
