I looked up the tracking number on Royal Mail Track and Trace it seems they were unable to delever this item:

Quote
Tracking no. 0211CC8C017A1D24
Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 2018-04-06 as the recipient is no longer at that address. We're returning the item to the sender.

02:00pm Recipient not at address. Returned to sender.
I suggest that MusicMan and Steven speak to each other to resolve.

Regards,
Carl

PS I have purchased from MusicMan albeit a few years ago now, first class experience.

Looks like a Post Office error, look at ‘see your items full journey’ it says delivered on Saturday 31st?

That’s to the “Guildford DO” i.e. Local Delivery Office ... not the delivery address.

After visiting Steven[01] to collect a 5200HC speaker, it is not the easiest place to get to and without going into too much detail, the numbering is extremely confusing! Luckily Steven met me and showed me the correct way in. If a new Postie was on the round, he could have easily put the card through the wrong door!

I have personally dealt with MusicMan before and he is a superb chap - His DSP6Ks are still wonderful!

My advice to Steven is to go to the local sorting office with the parcel reference number, proof of ID and he should be re-united with the remote.

A big thank you to Tarik for getting a pair of DSP5000’s to Oz from the UK in terrific condition after going to great lengths finding boxes and a good deal on international door to door shipping service.

Hi,

While everything seems to be resolved, I just wanted to add my 2p worth on behalf of Steve Helliker.

I also bought a MSR+ remote control from MusicMan _ it was delivered within a few days and I was very pleased to deal with Steve again.

I bought my 568.2mm from Steve back in early 2011.

Brian

A shout-out for Arjan. I enjoyed good communication leading up to a smooth purchase of his surplus OA13 card. Promptly mailed and a great packaging job. Thanks!

shiggins took my D1500 off my hands, and was patient when childbirth got in the way. Payment was instant and all communication easy.

Thanks Stephen!

Ludwig donated a D1500 for cost of shipping, which was very generous. Easy and straightforward to deal with.

Great guy and great community
