Any custom install shop should be able to make it to the length you need in about ten minutes.

BNC cables are dead easy to make. You can get twist on BNC connectors which take about 10 seconds to terminate once you have done a couple. We used them all the time when making custom cables in live HD OB sports applications so certainly up for the job of comms.
