I think it's what pleases you that sets the path on what you buy. I know many dealers with some very high end equipment that just don't care for the sound of Meridian speakers.

I have a Meridian preamp but obviously from my signature I don't have M speakers. I love my system but I have heard Meridian DSP speakers and I do like some models. Some I didn't care for but it's been many moons since I listened to them. Not sure I can find a dealer that still sells them near me.
