Hi Jan,
Please check that you have ONLY one speaker set as a Master, i.e. it has a red LED on its display when in normal (not config) mode. This should be by default in the G65 config the front left speaker
Now check that this speaker is connected to the BOTTOM ROW of G65 SpeakerLink outputs, the ones with a green stripe next to them, to the speaker's SpeakerLink Input

I hear you; and I have managed to work with Config but feel it has a very poor interface and I still haven’t managed to identify the right sequence of switching on and off that allows the software to interface reliably with M components. HD621 even more difficult than G65.
However, I’m still trying to troubleshoot at a much lower level. How to get the G65 to pass audio to the DSPs. Was on the phone for support from the local agent, but we still haven’t managed to nail the problem, let alone identify the solution. It could very well be that there is another fault somewhere in the system.
Very frustrating. Weekend now so I’m hoping next week there will be some success.
MS200, G65, 2xDSP5200SE, DSP5200SEHC, HD621, Oppo BDP103, MD600, MS600, Accuphase 203, 2xTotem Mite various Sonos units (MC200 in storage)
