There is mention of a higher power version on this page. Looks like the Varistor is the limiting component. Since some people need a more power, a DC Blocker version with C19 IN and OUT Mains connectors is offered too (see pictures in the gallery). This version does not have fuse and varistor on the input – just C19 input socket -> DC Blocker board -> C19 output socket. This allows the max. handled current to be raised to 15A.
