Hello together - I am amused the many posts read. My post I wrote out of an emotional sensation - precisely because of goose bumps. By the way, I enjoy a life with many "goose bumps", with my loved ones, in nature, by sailing and by playing music (contrabass), often at live concerts and, of course, by listening to the M-System. My listening experience that led to my posting related to our forum specifically to the reproduction quality. Of course the work from Piazzolla and the interpretation is very good. I am also tech-savvy, but if I am emotionally touched, I am not interested in how this feeling came about or what technical reasons led to it, but I am just glad at that moment. So I do not express this with clever formulation, but I am sufficient for goose bumps. I am interested in the controversial discussion on MQA. I hear a difference to redbook or FLAC 24/96, an improvement in presence, transparency and locability of the instruments. More liveliness, more authenticity. This leads to live concerts of similar "goose bumps". And there I must have a good place and quiet neighbors in the audience to be able to listen so undisturbed. However, I appreciate the privileged possibility of being able to have such musical experiences at home with the high-quality reproduction of my Meridian system. Stefan
