Regards Explorer 2 being 'Crap' beacause it failed. Send it back or get a refund. They are under warranty you know.
I had a friends one fail on me and Meridian exchanged it without question even though my Friend was the second owner.
It arrived the next day.....
I'd call that excellent customer service.
Things do fail in all walks of life. Electronics usually fail early in my experience.
