Is it possible to watch full screen CD artwork on the Roon iPad app?

As big as your screen is. Plus PDF files. I now scan the inner/back CD content and anything else relevant (A flyer from the gig perhaps) as PDF files I can open from the album page in Roon. I have a lot to catch up on here lol

Sounds way more flexible than Sooloos on iPad!
So without adding artwork myself (via PDF), I can always see the CD cover fullscreen on the iPad from Roon's metadata?

I read somewhere on the Roon forums that they are looking at adding extra CD artwork, like the CD backside.
Does anyone know more about this?

The size of the artwork will depend on the size of your source image. Roon will use the best you have. You can add as many pics as you like and scroll through them. So you can scan back covers, photos anything you like.
Then on top of this PDF files. I scan things of interest too. I have some CD's with embedded PDF info.
200/200 images will not do. 800/800 and up looks good.

But to be sure: Roon's metadata selects CD covers (front) which you can see fullscreen on the Roon iPad app, correct?

Yes...you simply click on the cover and it will open to a square image taking up most of your iPad screen. If you have other bits of cover art or booklets in the album folder they will be available too.

This is great, I really think good fullscreen CD artwork is essential for enjoying streaming audio!

Yes, you click on it once and it enlarges then click again and it enlarges as full as it can maintaining its original ratio.
So on my iPad Pro, top to bottom but not side to side as well.

As you mention, the iPad is in landscape mode I assume?

Yes, another click on the above image will make it larger I think.
