Can you play any Music on the Source "CD"?

What are the Speakers Typed as? Should be all Type 6.

It could be the Speakers have "CD" Mapped to D2. Highly unlikely, but is possible.

It's bizarre that Speaker Cal works but MRC doesn't make sound.

One other thing to play with, if you right click in the Measure Tab and Click New

You can choose which speakers to Measure. Try skipping the fronts and see if the rears or any other speakers work. If some speakers work and not others it might give a hint of where the problem is.
