Last night TIDAL dropped out every time I tried to play a track. The music would start then stop. Other than TIDAL Sooloos worked fine. I switched to Roon and TIDAL played perfectly. Any ideas?

The same thing has happened to me twice in a week. Rebooting my MC200 fixed the issue both times. Interestingly, the second time this happened Tidal had also cancelled my HIFI subscription. They say this was caused by a "glitch" with apologies. Wishful thinking is that they are poised to go live with MQA!

Thanks Bruce! That worked like a charm. That's the first time I've had any drop outs, Sooloos/TIDAL has always been solid.
Going live with MQA? We all wish...

Just a quick Off topic moment
A simple i5 NUC is the typically favoured h/w I would suggest. Not expensive (relative to Sooloos h/w) and pretty much set and forget for me. Win 10 if that is what you know; Linux if you are savvy with that.
Put a fast SSD in the NUC and all-round performance is quick....even on very big libraries.

Today I had set up a playlist of some favourite Tidal tracks and all was well until it suddenly wouldn't play any! These tracks have been solid until now and checking with the Tidal website they played so not removed from the listings. Anyone else had the problem today? Has Meridian been playing around with the software? This is unusual for me

Re booting my QNAP today seems to have sorted the problem. Strange how it occurred whilst listening in the same session and that only Tidal connection was involved the system playing my library perfectly. Panic over for now
