Snarky Puppy: Sylva Background info Snarky Puppy bio (All Music) Reminds me a bit of Spyro Gyra which I am not particularly fond of anymore. This album has some good interaction between the band and the orchestra which builds the intensity up. Cheers!

We went to see The Black Feathers close and personal tonight at The Basement in Chelmsford in the company of Jonathan and Lyn of Little Rabbit Barn fame. That was just so special. They are such a top quality act playing two numbers unplugged right in front of me. Possible the greatest musical moment I have ever experienced. Don't miss them if you get the chance, hi fi can't get any better. Chris 😎
No 18 in the Hall of fame I have simple tastes; I am content to settle for the best: GIK monster bass panels, rear wall. QNAP TVS 471i3. Roon into DSP5200SE via 210/ 218 zone... Explorer 2. Saw Black Feathers as support to Mandolin Orange at Fat Lil's in Witney a few months ago.
I agree they are fantastic and IMHO they outperformed the headline act.
No mean achievement. Highly recommended.

Just downloaded Katzenjammer's latest, The Gearbox Sessions, from Pledge Music.
Excellent album, and as an added bonus it turns out what they refer to as "FLAC" is actually 24/96.
They've included "London Calling" which they played when I saw them last year in Shepherd's Bush.
Sooloos, Roon, G series (with LPS upgrade), 800 series (with LPS upgrade), HD621, AC200, Prime and PS, DSPs old and new.
Purdeys, Moke, Leica, 'Blad. Only the best.

Into The Wild.
Re-watched the (brilliant) film recently & was struck by the music used throughout so invested in the soundtrack album & it's a cracker. Done by Eddie Vedder (of Pearl Jam fame), his rich vocals are a joy & there's some brilliant music on there. The whole thing only runs to 33 minutes but it's all about quality.
