When I look on Tidal there seems to be both the 2006 original mix and the 2016 "MQA" remix. I don't think either is actually MQA. It's just part of the description of the newer version and nothing to do with the encoding.
If you check out the 2L website it is available in everything from MP3 320 Kpps to DSD256 to 352kHz FLAC to MQA stereo, but the album title remains the same "MOZART Violin Concertos (MQA remix 2016)."
Here's hoping we finally do get actual MQA releases before too long.
