Had a search around and have found that Mr Z personally is worth 1/2 a Billion dollars which doubles to $1B if you included his Mrs, Lady Bey into the equation. God only knows what the net worth of the other 16 original members is on top of that. So if push came to shove they could all lend a very big hand if things got tight.

As far TIDAL itself and profitability are concerned, as you might expect there is very little out there on this. At least one of my recent posts refers to the inherent sustainability issues of the current streaming services model per se based on the pittance Spo**** & Apple Music pay artists. When you consider that TIDAL allegedly pay artists 5X that amount then it doesn't sound good.

As usual though, the critical factor nobody (apart from the good members of this forum) appear to build into the 'sums' is the X2 income only TIDAL gets from its Premium service.

I guess that's where the current 'noise' surrounding possible sell off's, litigation etc. is coming from. Still very much a 'watch this space' & 'work still in progress' situation then I'm afraid.
