Thank you for your kind offer. I trust the airline tickets will be delivered by registered post in the near future. A holiday (from Tidal / Sooloos aberrations) would be very acceptable.

However I do not think this is the answer as a HH correspondent from NYSE has the same Tidal Sooloos issue.

The USA is big but I cannot believe it can transcend technical issues by state or time zone.
