Unfortunately Tidal / Sooloos / C15 or Sooloos TouchPC function is broken.
Tidal SQ was good for nearly 1 year, now non existent in my case. Sorry you are having issues. Tidal is working just fine with MC200/808v3 and iPad. The SQ is virtually indistinguishable from a CD or burned to the MC200.

Same here with my MC200, iPad and 818v3. No problems at all so far.

Make a thread on it? I don't see any difference in worse SQ. I think actually Tidal is working very well. I did have some issues on specific old album ID's that stopped playing. But they were replaced so I just deleted them and searched for the new album and all was well.

Thread is here. I haven't had reboot loops as far as I know. I have had to reboot my MD600 core a handful of times in the last two weeks because it wasn't reachable anymore from iPad or Control:Mac while music was playing. I do believe this was triggered by streaming a track. The not-quite-permanent nature of the catalog offered by streaming services you describe, Crion, worries me. I currently have both Tidal and Rhapsody subscriptions but I continue to buy albums that I care about. Soundserge

I trust the airline tickets will be delivered by registered post in the near future. A holiday (from Tidal / Sooloos aberrations) would be very acceptable. However I do not think this is the answer as a HH correspondent from NYSE has the same Tidal Sooloos issue. The USA is big but I cannot believe it can transcend technical issues by state or time zone. Hector

Hector, you are correct. The “bug” is alive and well in the USA.
The re-booting loop issue seems to be related to just the C15. It started again on my system so I did a “hard” reboot on the entire system. I have left the C15 off and am not using it.
I am using just my iPad to control Sooloos and have not seen any problems for the last week. I do through miss my C15 and hope the next software update is soon. It’s sad to see it just sitting there in my living room dark all the time.

Pearshapedness beginning (of the end) to happen?Some rather odd goings on in TIDALand today Jay Z accuses previous TIDAL owners of over-exaggerating subscription numbers also further developed here 'Giant' lawsuit launched against previous TIDAL owners. Added to this little snippet Tidal is facing its own legal challenges. Fortune reported earlier this month that it was hit with a $5 million lawsuit by Yesh Music Publishing and John Emanuel of American Dollar, accusing Tidal of both copyright infringement and unpaid royalties. Makes me a bit worried. Is he trying to get back his money before paying off the first (of many more to come?) legal challenges and then selling on? OR is it just the crazy world of US litigation and therefore nothing to worry about? Due diligence anyone? I wonder what Bob & Co. at Meridian think of this on going saga? One thing's for sure, there's never a dull moment in TIDAland

Looks like those erstwhile citizens at Forbes have got the low down on the on/off sale of TIDAL to Samsung. Samsung not buying TIDAL While there were several clues that led many outlets (including Forbes) to discuss the possibility of a sale, it apparently isn’t so. Just recently, the tech giant has stepped forward to say that it isn’t actually interested in purchasing the music player, perhaps settling things once and for all. So that's good news then. Elsewhere nothing further has come to light yet re: the proposed litigation with ex-Directors of TIDAL, so looks like being a quiet few days for once. Ho hum
