Strictly speaking, the datasheets specify 'Meridian Master Quality Authenticated'
MQA isn't Meridian anymore.

The firmware updates will not be released until the problems at Tidal are resolved, which won't be until the next big show, which is Munich in May. Legacy equipment updates will be delayed until the Tokyo show later in the year. We just have to be patient, I guess.

If you want to try an MQA file, this is a cheap introduction. Kate Rusby I don't know if the trial stream is MQA? Chris 🙂

I was going to download this and compare with Tidal version but it occurred to me that I may already be receiving the lesser benefits of un-decoded MQA if Tidal are streaming the MQA file as the studio may have only produced 1 file... Is there a way of telling?
