I'm trying to import a newly ripped CD but it doesn't work. I can select the folder but when I click ok it just flashes by quickly with no information showing it was imported.
Then when I check it isn't imported.
How do I figure out what goes wrong?

Hi,
Try rebooting the Sooloos Core and the computer you are using to import with.

Hi,
The most common problem I have had with instances that sound like yours, is that Sooloos objects to some punctuation marks in the title of one or more tracks. Usually it has been inverted commas. If you delete them out of the track title it then imports normally, and you can, if you choose, replace them by editing the metadata after import.

A bit more specifically, if you are on Mac, Sooloos rejects folder or file names which are legal on a Mac but illegal on a PC.
So a Folder with " in it will be rejected in Sooloos on Mac, ironically because it is illegal on a PC.

Thanks for the advice!
It's on PC. After restarting the MC200 and the PC it worked.
