You just touch the pencil icon over on the top right, choose export (it should show your export destination) and then touch the image of the album you wish to export basically. I just picked the ones I wanted on each display page, set them exporting, then moved to the next page and selected more. Obviously it depends on exactly how much and what you're exporting as to the best method for you personally.
I did have a problem because the export destination was on my NAS on the network and I'd left the computer running Control:PC on battery power so it went to sleep
