It seems that each successive DAC is incrementally better than the last, with better processing, DSD, DXD, etc. Now do you buy a DAC before the imminent launch of MQA, knowing that its likely more than just a software update for the full MQA offering. Then the question arises, do you want it link to Tidal, etc?

In M land, I supposes your tied to 808/818 if your using DSP's. Even M had to wait a couple extra months before it rolled out products.

High class, first world problems I conceed, but still an interesting time where waiting seems the most appropriate action.
