what DSP mode is the processor in when the stereo signal comes in? Is this a SKY channel or cable TV? Perhaps other HH'ers have encountered this as well.
Occasionally in the US I run in to extremely overmodulated commercials which are compressed etc for attention's sake. The mute button is never far away.
I've tried different DSP modes, but prefer "fake" surround on TV channels with out multichannel audio. At the moment I have movie logic as a default.
Waaaay loud commercials is quite common here to. Only benefit with my current problem is that these now sound normal
