Why don't you email Roon and make the point that you'd like to use 1.1 during your trial period? They can be very helpful and would've able to advise you how best to ensure this happens.
Sooloos, Roon, G series (with LPS upgrade), 800 series (with LPS upgrade), HD621, AC200, Prime and PS, DSPs old and new.
My Sooloos is hardwired to the network as is my TwinStore. My QNAP NAS as well as my 2009 Macbook Pro are also hardwired to the same network.
I was using my Mac, booted to Win 7, and running Control:PC. I find it more stable than the Mac version. The Macbook is dual boot with Bootcamp, not virtualization, though I do wonder how it would all work under VMFusion. I exported to a directory on the NAS (SMP) called "Roon".
Anyway! It took me 3 attempts to "export" my all of my Sooloos music (at least I thought I had). I have about 1024 albums, and when I ran Roon (I prefer OS X so I run Roon in "mac mode"), looking at Roon directory (it's a watched directory) all that was discovered was 625 albums.
I haven't actually done a close inspection to see what was and wasn't exported. Seems on cursory inspection that none of the "various artists" was exported. But, again, I need to check this. Is there an automated method?
Roon setup (temporary): 2009 Macbook Pro with a 1TB Hibred Drive and 4Gigs of RAM, Peachtree Audio T1 USB to SPDIF. FLAC files are kept on the QNAP TS-451 NAS. I use Rosewill (Newegg) Cat-7 Ethernet Cable on all connections.
If you try the export again to the same folder does it start from where it finished? If you look at the exported folders do they go from A-Z or stop short on T for example?
You can run Sooloos interrogator against your Sooloos core and it will provide you with a list of albums and in Roon you can do the same by going to album view, select all albums using Ctrl a or cmd a depending on if you are using Windows or Mac? Then next to the play button At the top left is a + click on it and select export to xslx.
Sooloos interrogator is available from the streaming forum of HH's
Once you have the files it is fairly straightforward to do a difference between them and identify what is missing?

I have a Sooloos Control:10 and TwinStore hardwired to my network. I have a QNAP NAS and 2009 Macbook Pro hardwired to the same network.
The Macbook is dual boot, OSX and Win7. I used Win7 to run Contol:PC (seems more stable than the OSX version). It still took 3 tries to export the Sooloos music to the QNAP in native format (FLAC).
I have tried to finish the export in both Control:PC and Control:Mac, but both do nothing i.e. nothing else is exported.

A quick scan of my Roon music directory show complete absence of any album with "various artists". As a matter of fact only artists starting with "The" are included in the "T's". There are no artists exported to U.
I'm trying a reexport now. Is there any way to automate this? On the C10 I see I can identify specific albums for export.

I've managed to export all of my music (I think!). To make this easy:
1. In the original export no albums were exported in the "various artists" directory. 2. On reexport all of the "various artists" were imported to the following directory:
artists/artists/various artists
Roon found all of these albums.
3. To make the file structure easier for me I moved all of the "various..." to:
artists/various artists
All the these albums are still found under Roon, but Roon also report 100's of duplicates. Though non-are truly duplicated that I can see.
Question: How do I force Roon to update it's data to reflect the true state of the collection? i.e. get rid of the false duplicates.
