40-60 on DSP depending on time of day. If house is empty, a fraction more, if early or for background a little less. DSP's are wonderful at low levels. When I first got my F80, I decided to see how loud it went. My deaf neighbour was soon complaining. Electrical sockets in the party wall did have a habit of transmitting sound. I often heard his TV through my cooker outlet/switch. I would like to think party wall was more than a block thick otherwise there would have been mm's behind the cooker switch, it was a deep old box.

Yep detached now. Plus the only thing between my lounge and France is the Hogs Back, South Downs and a few trees.

I've lived only in detached houses for ~ 12 years now, mainly because of my reckless SPL habit. Once you've lived detached I think it would be tough to go back to more communal living. Our nearest neighbour out here is ~ 200m away. Metres, not miles.

Highest future accessory cost could be detached, single occupancy.
