When I do a backup, it crashes as you describe. If I restart the backup, it appears to start where it left off (based upon the "backing up n of N" having a reduced N from before).

Do you have 2 LAN ports on your NAS? If so then make sure you are connected to LAN 1 NOT LAN 2 the Sooloos plugin will not update if you are.

Well, it must be the right one, since the C10 will see it, report it as 2.449 AND my other C10, still 2.249 will see also the entire library...

Just a guess but I think Russ means the auto Sooloos update looks for Port 1.
