I have changed the core to the ensemble. I have powered everything down, including my router and Ethernet switch. Rebooted everything bar the C10 and still being told zero albums!!
Hopefully M will be on it tomorrow. I spoke to support Friday afternoon but don't know if they got round to it, so hopefully tomorrow.
It certainly sounds like there is a problem with 2.465 judging by some of the posts.
