... my Control:10 prompted me to download the latest update and now my Control:10 is going through a continuous loop of please wait while the system is updating
I am sorry you are experiencing exactly the same thing but it is also a bit of a relief to know that it's not just my C10 that is having this problem!!
I have tried all checks now and am still getting zero albums listed.
I have changed the core to the ensemble. I have powered everything down, including my router and Ethernet switch. Rebooted everything bar the C10 and still being told zero albums!! Hopefully M will be on it tomorrow. I spoke to support Friday afternoon but don't know if they got round to it, so hopefully tomorrow. It certainly sounds like there is a problem with 2.465 judging by some of the posts.
I have a similar problem here. After updating my MD600 the complete library is gone. The settings information tab is showing no storage 0TB. Also in IP/debug page there is no info underneath the disks section.
The device also does not appear in the Meridian Sooloos configuration application.
I tried rebooting twice. After shutting down I removed the disks, they were so hot that I could not hold them. Everything is cooling down now,to be continued.
Hello guys, just thought I would let everybody know that M have fixed the issues I was having. Unfortunately I did lose all my albums on the ensemble but they are all back on now. I would like to thank everyone here for your help and assistance with this issue.
I would also like to send a massive THANK YOU to Des, Russ and Andrew who sorted this for me. It was good to talk to you again after all these years. Keep up the excellent work.
This does beg the question though as to how this problem with the C10 hard drive caused the music data on the Ensemble's drive to be corrupted / erased??
