That is exactly what I had, never got the bottom of it as the PC has now gone to PC heaven.

I have noticed that I see fewer track-skipping issues during the week, as compared to the weekends. I've not seen any, this week.

Out on a limb here a little: assuming that TIDAL usage is higher on weekends, then fewer problems during lower-use periods suggests that at least part of the problem lies not with the integration, but with the load on and inadequate capacity (or available upload bandwidth) of TIDAL's servers during peak periods. Also, I'm guessing that all TIDAL streamers are competing for the same capacity. It may also be that the Meridian/Sooloos integration is more susceptible to the momentary network interruptions or latency that happens during periods of high server load or network congestion.

I am still seeing plenty of skipping tracks. It is funny but I also received some error messages while attempting to play some of my Rhapsody tracks. Something about not loading fast enough and it would skip a bunch of tracks. I am wondering it was just a brief issue with my internet connection or what we thought was a Sooloos/Tidal issue is really a Sooloos issue after the recent update. ????

I don't know what has changed other than the recent Core Control update but Track 2 no longer skips on any Tidal albums I have added to my library. No skips in 24 hours with about 12 albums played. I have used both Core Control on my iPad and Control:Mac. So far no more skipping.

Well just when I thought it was fixed I had a Track 2 skip after having gone without one for a day.

I'm seeing the same thing. I was hopeful I could do a backup of a Focus on non-Tidal albums, but Control:Mac crashes after clicking Next in the first step of the Backup wizard. This is Control:Mac on Yosemite (10.10.3)

Anyone have any luck with backups after the v2.449 update?

Hi,

I have a C15 and an iMac hardwired to an internet modem/router and an iPad connected via Wifi to the network.

I had a 3-month subsciption with Tidal. No problem to login via the iMac, no problem to login via iPad - BUT - no way to login via C15.

Tidal as well as Merdian support was of no help. They were more or less advising not to loose faith as so many others managed to connect.

So I have unsubscribed to Tidal and will change to Rhapsody. SQ is nice to have - once you get connection to the source smile

Due to the info on Roon lab it may be best to leave the Soolos path anyway.

Open Control:Mac or Control:Web on your Mac.

Then go to the Settings Tab and you will be able to Log In to Tidal via either of these two Apps.

Hi, does this mean you could not enter your Tidal account details into the Sooloos or that you could enter them but on submission it did not validate?

Can your confirm what version of software is Sooloos running.

Regards,
Carl

Hi, I could add a Tidal account, enter login and password but could not get logged in. I got an error message saying that I should check the internet connection. The C15 is connected to Internet.

Where did you enter the user and PW? C15 or Control:PC or Control:Mac?

I tried both, on C15 and on Control:Mac. Always the same error message.
