Interesting article indeed, though I couldn't help but recall RS of years past (at least, I think it was him) who so eloquently noted that in the battle between DVD-A and SACD (remember them!) the winner was MP3. I don't have a lot of faith in the music industry, so will be pleasantly surprised if there comes a broad selection of encoded recordings. Then, of curse, the $$ question of what kit will be required for playback. A new board for my 861v9? Something else?
