I can see the App in the App store, do I understand correctly that you don't?

Are there any instructions on how to link an existing TIDAL subscription to Sooloos? I've had a subscription for some time and don't want to have to register again, through a free trial or otherwise.

If you already have Tidal and want to add Tidal to Sooloos just go into Control:Mac or Control:PC then select the SETTINGS tab, then select ACCOUNTS and enter your TIDAL User ID and Password. That will add TIDAL access from Sooloos.

I finally recieved my code (thank your Meridian/Tidal) and with Hectors help on the phone I finally managed to sign up. Sounds good so far to me... Truly the Blind leading the bland lol

Small update from Germany...

On Mac I must use Tidal through VPN.
On Sooloos works fine without. Just log in and bingo. Just like the Rhapsody always did.

Been listening all eve and really impressed!

Had to navigate with the old CC app on iPad as the update is still not available yet... *on Danish iTunes account...

VERY happy with the sound!

Wish the search function to navigate new music through TIDAL was graphic rich like the web site and not so slow and uninspiring... But you just can't have it all now can you!

Overall I think Meridian have made a great step here! Mmmmmm perhaps time to look into upgrading my front three speakers... this could get expensive...

Quite disappointed now. Registered my Explorer 2 and got a code however I get "Voucher is not valid". Perhaps because I'm already a Tidal subscriber? Really don't get it.

Did you enter in the code using both small and cap letters? I entered it wrong the first time.

I just copied it from the email (all CAPS) but neither version works.

I got the same error message. I believe the code only works with new accounts not existing ones.

Try creating a new account.

I registered my Explorer2 and was immediately given the code. I tried this plus my email on Tidal website which said user already registered and could progress no further.

I contacted Tidal and complained that I had tried Tidal in the past but preferred Qobuz (and currently subscribe) and that if they wished me ever to join Tidal could they please facilitate the 90 day trial. This they did quickly and I then had to install latest Flash Player on my Macbook and browse via Google Chrome.

Nothing would stream initially but... After closing down and restarting Tidal it streamed fine and allowed me to choose FLAC quality, because I was now using Chrome.

I only got Tidal working via Sooloos, thanks to the post above (re settings and accounts etc.) whose directions were totally spot on. A big thanks.

Why oh why are such instructions not part of the roll out! I really cannot understand why they don't cover that. Not difficult and would save them and customers a lot of hassle.

Anyway thanks and hope the rest of my post may assist others.
Sound quality is of course good CD level...
