2.2 installed with no trouble. I entered my existing Tidal account and password, told it to import my library, and the albums appeared in the display and played as usual. Sounds nice.

But then I did some search under Tidal in the Explore view, and I went directly to the Tidal apps and picked some albums and made them favorites and then in the iOS Core Control tried to import them. Didn't work anymore! Got a message "Album not ready to stream." Tried various things, nothing worked. Dang. Looked so good for a while.

Eventually I found out in the Tidal app that "the publisher does not allow those albums to be streamed." Or downloaded for offline either. So what are they for? Turns out, I happened to explore Kim Kashkashian and Eleni Karaindrou, just because I'm currently interesting in them, and those were problematic. Other stuff works fine.

(Although the error message in Sooloos was misleading...)

I also looked for a Tidal playlist, Audiostream DotW (Download of the Week). Explore/Tidal/Search/Playlists. Didn't find it. It does exist, the Tidal app found it.

Oh, well.
