I don't live in the US but Rhapsody worked fine... Just entered the info and the device somehow enabled the content through with out changing the IP address...

I think the best thing to do is just try it out... For obvious reasons M can't comment on this working or not.

That's perhaps the reason why I'm not receiving the app update... My apple ID is registered in Denmark.
