Just register your Sooloos on the M website. If already registered, just do it again. Soon after you will receive a notification from Meridian thanking for your registration and that you will receive voucher code from Tidal within 72 hours. Other than the email response (which I have not received yet) and the online registration showing up on the registration pages, is there any other feedback that indicates that the Tidal subscription is pending. I registered, my MC200 shows on the registration page, but that was it. i.e. nothing to say that an email with registration details is on its way or will take up to 72 hours. The only feedback that I got was an email to confirm my subscription, which I acknowledged.

After the update I got a message on Control:PC saying that it already registred and to contact Meridian Marketing. I received three emails subsequently: Hi there, Thank you for contacting Meridian. Once you register your Meridian products online at www.meridian-audio.com/my-account/ you will receive a complimentary 3 month activation code for TIDAL. Best Wishes, Meridian Audio Marketing Team marketing@meridian.co.uk You have registered your new Meridian Audio product with this serial: MC200-xxxxxx

Everything here has gone very smoothly.
I registered MS200 with Meridian at 11.02 today
Confirmation of registration at 11.11
Tidal Code received at 11.29
All up and running by 12.25
Truly amazing service from both Meridian and Tidal.
Tidal FAQ's (and answers) are very good.

I am extremely pleased with the SQ of TIDAL via Sooloos. I can see where my disc purchases will go down a bit. I am concerned that two artists I had added to my library with Rhapsody are not available so far on TIDAL. It looks as if might have to keep both.

Im not really having a great experience with it all..
I have updated my MC200 with the latest software.
Still not received the updated 2.2ios software for iPad / iPhone yet..... Any other German users experienced this?
Registered my MC200 on Monday and still no TIDAL code.....

I don't think Tidal is available yet in Germany. However it is promised by end of 2nd quarter 2015.

I don't live in the US but Rhapsody worked fine... Just entered the info and the device somehow enabled the content through with out changing the IP address...
I wonder if this is possible.
I think the best thing to do is just try it out... For obvious reasons M can't comment on this working or not.
That's perhaps the reason why I'm not receiving the app update... My apple ID is registered in Denmark.
